Vacation Watch Form
Vacation Watch Request form for V-COP Vacation House Check.
From Melbourne Messenger:
GOING ON VACATION? City residents who are planning a vacation can register for the 'Vacation House Check' program at the Melbourne Police Department headquarters building at 650 N. Apollo Boulevard. While vacationers are away, the Volunteer Citizens Observer Patrol (V-COPs) checks on their homes. The vacation checks can continue for up to a period of 90 days. Their frequent checks will hopefully give you peace of mind so you can enjoy your vacation, said Arla Tweedy, volunteer coordinator for the police department. In the event problems occur at the residence, police will attempt to notify the vacationer. For more information call 409-3362
