Rental Forms for absentee owners

Article III, Section 3, of the Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Lansing Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., requires an owner who rents his/her property to provide certain information to the Association's Board of Directors for the purpose of making the person(s) renting the property subject to the provisions of the governing documents.

Under "Public Records" menu, choose "Official Records"
Click "Search January 1981 - Current". A pop-up window will appear.
Enter "Lansing Ridge Homeowners" in the Name field.
Select "(RST) RESTRICTIONS" and "(BL) BY-LAWS" as Document Types. Click Search.
Results should contain links for each applicable official document.
