Architectural Review

Articles I and II of the Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Lansing Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc, requires a Lot Owner to submit an Architectural Review Application form for review and approval prior to making any modifications, additions or alterations to the exterior of the home.

Under "Public Records" menu, choose "Official Records"
Click "Search January 1981 - Current". A pop-up window will appear.
Enter "Lansing Ridge Homeowners" in the Name field.
Select "(RST) RESTRICTIONS" and "(BL) BY-LAWS" as Document Types. Click Search.
Results should contain links for each applicable official document.
